Why? Astra is very beginner-friendly but still powerful. It loads fast and has many design options. It works great for both blogs and eCommerce websites.
Kadence allows full color customization through the WordPress Customizer. You can change header colors, button colors, background colors, and typography. I liked that the global color palette makes it easy to keep branding consistent. It would work really well for a ceramics blog because you can use earthy tones like terracotta and cream.

Why?
I would rate Kadence five stars because it is extremely flexible while still being beginner friendly. The customization options are advanced but not overwhelming. I especially liked the header builder and global color controls. For a ceramics blog, it allows a clean portfolio-style layout while also supporting blog posts. The only limitation is that some advanced features require the Pro version, but the free version is still very strong.
